Legal Support

Capital Portfolio have built a trusted relationship with solicitors and conveyancing specialists throughout the UK and select the correct firm to represent our clients based on who they, what they are purchased and where the property is located. Our goal is to make the buying process seamless, stress free and professionally managed.


Our panel of independent financial advisors span the UK, and similar to the legal support, Capital Portfolio have built firm bonds with our mortgage teams enabling us to achieve a quick and simple solution for client wishing to secure their purchase with leverage from a large panel of quality mortgage providers (personal and company mortgage available)

Lettings & Management

Our journey with a client does not end once they have exchanged contracts or completed their sale. Capital Portfolio ensure our clients investment strategy is realised and assist with a number of leasing options, from standard 12 month contracts to short term lettings. We will arrange a full management package including tenant find, vetting, receiving of rent, payment of rent to investor account, maintenance and general support to enable our clients not to be spending any of their own time managing the asset.
